Clarifacts collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, along with required filings with data protection authorities, when applicable. For example, when you request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, participate in surveys or apply for a job at Clarifacts, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. If you choose to use a tell-a-friend program on our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address and automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting your friend to visit the site. Clarifacts uses and stores this information only for the purpose of sending this one-time email and to provide tell-a-friend message blocking, where available.

Testimonials
We post video and written customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name and company name. We obtain the customer's consent to post his or her name and testimonial prior to posting the testimonial.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
