1. The Information We Collect

Clarifacts collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, along with required filings with data protection authorities, when applicable. For example, when you request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, participate in surveys or apply for a job at Clarifacts, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.

If you choose to use a tell-a-friend program on our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address and automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting your friend to visit the site. Clarifacts uses and stores this information only for the purpose of sending this one-time email and to provide tell-a-friend message blocking, where available.

In addition to the information you provide, Clarifacts may also collect information during your visit to our website through our Automatic Data Collection Tools, which include embedded web links, cookies and other commonly used information-gathering tools. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Clarifacts stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Testimonials
We post video and written customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name and company name. We obtain the customer's consent to post his or her name and testimonial prior to posting the testimonial.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Clarifacts does not sell services to children and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. For that reason, Clarifacts does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
