In our opinion, businesses have an obligation to give back to the communities in which we work. It’s part of Clarifacts’ core values and we take this responsibility seriously – and we put our money where our mouth is through Clarifacts Cares. 

Clarifacts Cares is our four-point giving program to enhance the lives of those around us (and our employees) and demonstrate our commitment to being a company with heart. Our program includes: 

• Monetary Gifts – We currently donate a percentage of our gross revenue to UMOM New Day Centers, which provide homeless and low-income families in Arizona with food, shelter and tools to build a bridge to self-sufficiency.
  
  
• In-Kind Services – The Arizona Small Business Association receives free background screening services from Clarifacts for its staff and volunteers.
  
  
• Quarterly Day of Service – Four times a year, we go out into the community as a team and lend a helping hand to local non-profit organizations.
  
  
• The Gift of Time – In addition to their paid time off, Clarifacts employees are given 24 hours per year of volunteer time off to work at a non-profit of their choice.

Together, these commitments allow all of us at Clarifacts to participate in giving back and supporting our community.
